One of the nicest things about internet marketing is that the barrier to entry (in investment dollars) is as low as you want.

In the spirit of sharing, below is a list of some of the best desktop and online tools that I've tried or come across which are free.

Dropbox Online file storage that allows you to share and keep folders up to date on multiple computers
Amazon Great for doing research on top selling product
Log Me In Software that allows you to take control of a computer once you have it set up. I use it for one on one training where I need to see the persons computer and at times take control

Firefox add ons (Not really a separate category but useful)
Scribefire - allows you to blog from within your browser - Supports multiple blogs
SEO for Firefox (very extensive SEO tool)
RankChecker - Allows you to check domain position in the Search engines for keywords
SimilarWeb - Allows you to find similar websites to the one you are one - Performance is sometimes hit or miss though
Wordtrackers SEO Blogger - Helps track keyword density as you blog


Online tools
Statcounter Similar to Google analytics but real time - free for a rolling 500 hits with extended summarized data -
Traffic Travis Downloadable tool to help you understand your site and your competitors (They have a paid version but the free one is pretty cool)
Screen Jelly Screen capture software
Website Grader Analyze your website for SEO, backlinks, social media links, etc

Docstoc ? Documents, Templates, Forms, Ebooks, Papers & Presentations

I just now downloaded the free version of speechplayer, but could figure out how to use it Jason.

I read the help file, but could not make heads or tales from how to make it work.

I assume you copy and paste text into somewhere and the player reads the text, correct?
