Can anyone tell me how to cancel the $37 monthly Google Sniper Membership fee? I can't find it anywhere on the site and after sending 4 emails asking them, all I receive is tickets back saying someone will get back to me which they do not. Can someone please direct me to a page or a link? Thanks! |

Ive had a similar problem.. Im not happy. I tried sending an e-mail about this and also another query but they replied to the first one and not the second. So I dont know if my membership has been cancelled or not.

If you bought through clickbank, there should be a link in the original email that they sent you about your purchase, that will take you to the clickbank website and you can cancel from there.

Yeah, I think those guys ran this launch with clickbank, so if you look at your clickbank receipt and get your clickbank order number and go to clickbank, their support desk, and submit a refund/cancellation request, they'll take care of it for you. |

Go to your emails, look back exactly 1month from when you recently got billed. There should be a reciept from clickbank. Open it up and scroll down to customer service. Open the customer service inquiry link. Open the get support, where it will ask you if you would like to cancel subscription or request refund (choose appropriate).

If you buy through Paypal, then you can cancel that through your paypal account. Search the history, filter with subscription, and chose the Googlesniper active membership, cancel your membership, and done. But if you using Clickbank, well, send email to clicbank, they will solve that for you. |

I keep waiting for the new content to be posted to the membership area. I sent a ticket and got a fairly quick response considering I labeled it as "low" priority asking about this. I was told content had been added that very day (two days ago, I think). However, there isn't any new content as of today. Since I've already paid for this month's membership, I'm not going to jump right on canceling, but I won't be sticking around if something new doesn't come up soon. I did like the program, but the continuity isn't winning any awards right now. |

| Great tips in this post - I'll follow them to get my money back. Just need to ad that it looks like George may be a bit of a scammer. He pushes his great 60 day money back guarantee but I have submitted tickets and have been waiting with no response. Now today he hits me for another $37! His support department is completely non-responsive and the monthly membership charge is not clearly stated when you buy in. I think this guys needs to be shut down.

Check your original clickbank emails and there should be a link to the original transaction and within that you should be able to cancel the subscription

Google Sniper is an awesome product and have massive success, any clickbank purchase can be refunded as you should know. Scam? ha not at all. In order to get a refund you need to go through clickbank, that's where the money went through. Same with canceling the subscription. Hope that helps man. |

I also agree that gSnipier is an awesome product and I go a lot out of it but I just didn't want the continuity portion. Just a general rule of mine - no monthly memberships...they add up soooooo quick. Anyway - I didn't have any trouble cancelling it through paypal. |

Personally, I've been very happy with my membership. I did exactly what you did, download all the blueprints and videos. But overall, they provide a lot of new content every month or so and I want to support them. They've certainly helped me out.

Hey folks, as of today the support issue with the desk has now been fixed. For those of you that submitted a ticket via the billing catagory, the support team weren't receiving them, but this has all been sorted now. We've now got access to the tickets and the team are on it! Cheers guys Alex |
