Hi not sure of the name in all honesty but there is a plugin you can use that will do this and email you the backup at your specified timeframe ... Do a quick search for wordpress backup plugin ... that should find it Dean |

Go to your CPanel, open phpMyAdmin. Select your database. Choose "Export." Choose CSV as the format. (You can export as Excel too, but I've found it less than perfect. Choose SQL for perfection but it's a much bigger file.) Copy the output to Notepad and save it as "Mybackup.csv" or something similar. |

| In the first half of the year we are supposed to work for the taxman. I think that's a mistake. Help me to get rid of the taxman ASAP - thanks! (You, too, should make less mistakes!) | |

If you want a good plugin to backup the wordpress database: WordPress › WP-DB-Backup WordPress Plugins I usually backup my full site and the database. Here's how: Go to cpanel>backups. Click Download a MySQL Database Backup. It will be downloaded to your computer. Then you can backup your site by clicking: Download a Home Directory Backup |
