Raw log file analysis from multiple sites

So far I've been using Webalizer for a review of each of my sites, but now I think it would be best to analyze the raw log files. I use hostgator and I haven't learned how to log in to grab the raw logs but I'm sure some of you have.

One issue I expect to face is how to analyze all of the raw log files at once, after I get them to my home computer. Does anyone know of a free tool that can produce reports from multiple log files from separate domains?

I'm not saying that they don't exist but I don't know that I could trust anything third party programs with the sensitive information that it would require to keep, sort and track the information required to do what you're asking.

Personally, the best way (for me) is to analyze this information using the tools provided is to login to the cpanel (www.domain.com/cpanel) enter my username and pass for that account and looking over the logs myself.

Although I haven't checked in the reseller account to see if there is an option to view all from there.

    Do you also use Analytics?

Sort of off topic, but I would work with Analytics before going into the log files...

Actually I have installed analytics but still haven't really learned how to use it. For instance, in Webalizer I see that people are finding my site via Images, but I don't know how to hook that up with the keywords they used. I'm sure analytics could tell that, but a raw log file would too. I guess I'll go read the analytics tutorials.
