I've been working on a follow up system for my offline customers. When they sign up for one of my services, they get instructions on how to use it right off the bat but I have also created a 30 day ecourse on how to use specific features. There are three goals in this:
I know this is a really general question, but does anyone a guestimate of the percentage of people who will give a referral? When I was in real estate, I went through Brian Buffini's coaching program and his marketing program was based solely on referrals. He would average three referrals per client before he even completed their transaction. Actually, actually after typing this I remembered a couple of things about how he set it up. I think I'm going to go back and change my copy a little. |
