List Building Had Made A Difference! My sales boosted to 300%:)

Hi Guys,
I am into affiliate marketing for a long period of time now, but I had never tried to build list. Last week finally I had decided to give a serious shot to list building. and I am amazed with the result.

Thats pretty good result.

I agree with you list building gives a better result. However, some niches are not suitable fro list building like registry cleaners, reverse phone lookup and such type of immediate solution niches.

Yes, I do track my source of traffic and those 16 sales had came from my 6 days of email course.

Yeah, list building helps you in 3 different ways:

1) Front end: the typical X-day email courses help you increasing the exposure of your front-end product, and therefore get more sales

2) Affiliate promotions: emailing about other people's products

3) Future products: when you release a new product, you already have a subscribers list to get your new product off the ground instantly.

Building and upkeeping a mailing list is crucial for IM.

At fist it was looking way difficult, but once you dive in its simple.
I had used aweber for my list management and custom web 2.0 squeeze page. For traffic I am using article marketing. If you need any help, please let me know.

I do agree with you, niches like weight loss, hyper tension, panic attacks can play a good role because these people are not action takers and bombered regularly by different advertisements with different medias. So we need to win their faith first and then offer a solution which they cant neglect.

In squeez page,I do use a fear as a factor like "This Email Course is Only Available For Today". this help me to get good opt in conversion. Beside that I am planing use exit popup.
As far as inducement is concern, I am offering 6 days email course. From 2nd followup, I am softly promoting a product at the last paragraph.

About web 2.0 squeeze page, its just a design. More realistic, more presentable, more images. e.g. Acai Berry Select

My squeeze page had designed under a strong influence of above url.

Today I was checking my stats and BOOM one more sale from the list. I am happy with results but I need you help warriors. If I don't have any other product for cross selling then what should I do getting most out of list.

You're doing it right now. Building your own list is one of the most important things you can do. You can now market to those buyers over and over again.

With the buyers, do you separate them in another list? One list of "undecided", one list of buyers?

When people usually talk about whos buying and what, it usually when you sell your own products. Asking them to opt into the buyers list instead.

Answer Marketing seems to be getting a fair push at the moment - I think one of the gurus has a piece of software that he's promoting as a source of content and this is also raising awareness.

Congratulations! List building is the only thing you should care about. I myself started to build a list after about 6 months of working in IM. And MAN, this was the right thing to do! My income increased over 400%! This is the biggest mistake newbies make - thinking they will start to build a list later, when they have some sales to cover their AWeber expenses, etc. This is so wrong!

Answer marketing is extremely productive in some niches. A year or so ago, I answered like 20 questions on Yahoo, and I keep getting sales from those answers every month until now. And I am sure these answers will keep generating those sales as long as my answers are there. This a completely lazy way, but again, I found just a few niches are so "lucky".

Never waste time driving traffic unless you build a list.Just make sure you have good content, and the ability to sell, connect and build trust with your list and badda boom...

Bravo! And good luck to you. I used to build lists (this is way back). It didn't work for me. The only email list I build right now is my SFI downline list. Well, they join the program for free, and I stay in touch with them to help them build their SFI business. That's my story on list building. LOL
