Default Hey what is the best exit pop to use for an opt in?

Anyone have a good exit pop plugin they like? I have used 2 but I don't really like them. One is an exit pop but triggers about half the time. The other is Max Banner pop, but that triggers too early. I don't want to intrude until they are leaving, not when they are half way through my video....

I've been looking into getting exit splash.

From the sales copy;
"When someone tries leaving your site, an unblockable box will pop up and give them a reason to stay on your site. The visitor will click to stay on your site, and they will be directed to an "Exit Splash" page."

I don't know maybe it's me but when anything stops me from leaving when I want to it does not make me want to buy or submit to anything, it pisses me off. A redirect to a splash page would piss me off even more.

Maybe people like being help up and forced into an action?

Pops are bad enough already for the user experience IMO.

I could be wrong...

I'd like to see some proven split testing on that approach.
