Best stat counter for wordpress?

Can anyone suggest a good stat counter for wordpress? I have tried a few but they dont seem to record properly.

I use Statcounter.com .It has lots of different stats and is free.If you have a Wordpress blog there is a statcounter plugin as well.

I would suggest AWStats, open source and easy to install

I second statcounter.com. I don't find their WP plugin very reliable. In Atahualpa you can add their regular code as an html insert before the </body> tag and that works well.

I like stat counter on basic html sites i have tried the plugin and found it was rubbish so i will have to try and add the code manually.

Statpress works well for me been using it for about 2 years now.

I like statcounter. It is free to setup and reliable.
