Hey there Warriors, I have a quick question about e-mail marketing. I know that there's an industry standard for open rates, CTR, opt-in rate, etc. However, I was wondering what the common (or industry standard) rate is for unsubscribes? Thanks in advance for your input! - Tommy |

Hi Tommy I find that it's often how many times you email, what your offers are, who is on your list (is it buyers or just subscribers?) and how many people you mail out. I can say personally, I get a .0025 to .005% opt-out rate for each one of my mailings. I'm not sure there is an industry standard because there's so many factors involved, but then again.. I could be wrong. I hope that is of some help? |
