Default Clickbank allowing the sale of physical items?

I don't know if any of you read the new policy agreements we were forced to sign on CB recently, but I read through it all and noticed that it mentions that you can offer books, CD's, and DVD's as a courtesy, as long as it is complementary to the operation of the downloaded product.

paragraph II - b

I don't remember reading that before. Does anyone know if this is something new?

It is something new...

CB told me about it at an event last year.

1-Click upsells are also coming for the public.

I've known about that for a little while now. I haven't seen anyone doing it but I also think that was there already.
