Default Camtasia and Youtube Question

I made my first Youtube video using Camtasia and posted it to my blog.

Learning a new skill – Learning to use Camtasia and Youtube

I encoded it for the web and uploaded it. I don't think the quality is very good (Picture wise) and it probably needs a lot of other work.

Would some warriors mind taking a look at it and giving some suggestions? I think video tutorials are a great way to drive traffic but want them to look nice.

Your help is greatly appreciated in advance

Well I see several people visited my site from here. Any comments on how to make the video better??

Any Camtasia tutorials you can suggest?

Scott

My advice would be:

1. Up the volume. I could barely hear you on top volume for You Tube.

2. Use the zoom in feature of Camtasia to let people see what you're typing - like the URL at the beginning and when you're logging in.

Agree on the volume aspect.

When talking about a specific thing , circle or highlit it with your mouse. It helps keep the viewers focused.

Yea I thought the volume was low. I was using my headset and talking away. I got done with recording and realized I hadn't plugged it in Talk about one of those days.

I am still learning the zoom feature and agree it helps to keep the focus.

Now to redo them

Thanx for the feedback. I greatly appreciate it.
