Several people have gone out of there way to help me here, and I appreciate them all.

However, there are two that really stand out.

Brad Gosse - Personality Cash (tons of bonus materials with this product - plus Brad is always ready to help with any questions I have)

Mike McMillan - Affiliate Marketing Daily Planner (this product has everything you need to get organized and get more done every day - plus Mike has given me great advice through email and by phone several times)

See you at the Warrior Conference!

Kevin Riley, for any of his products - and I've got a bunch of them. He REALLY overdelivered with his Product Creation Lab and his Traffic Generation Lab.

And on top of being a master of product creation and overdelivering to his customers, he's a genuine human being and a darn nice guy. He's the complete package.

I'd have to give it to Kim Roach for Instant Payday Formula. Loaded with content and excellent videos. Her content reaches beyond any traffic generation methods I had ever been exposed to. Great stuff!

Thanks Kat. However, the "human being" part is questionable, as I've been likened to a Wookie or Yeti. In fact, my friends call Rieko and I "Beauty and the Beast". And you know they are not applying the "Beauty" label to me, LOL

Actually, there are a lot of guys that could be included into that category along with Kevin Riley and Brad Gosse such as Stephen Pierce, Willie Crawford, Lee McIntyre, Robert Plank & Lance Tamashiro,... the list is quite long.

It appears that all those guys have well and truly got it figured out,... overdelivery = happy, loyal, repeat buyers!

Cheers :-)

Just ordered something from Kevin Riley and I'm excited to get it. Everyone says he over-delivers!

I've been working on a product that I think is pretty close to delivery. Or at least, I did think that before I read some of Allen Says' material in the War Room. Now I'm considering revisiting it. He's a talented marketer for sure.

How about BigMike and the Incansoft gang? They have always responded to my desperate emails very quickly and their products are awesome!

Honorable mention goes to Kevin Riley as well. I just bought one of his products and will buy another sometime in January. I was impressed by how genuine he seemed to be! He is very knowledgeable and loves to impart his wisdom

In all seriousness, my overdelivery award list would be incredibly long. There are some great Warriors and non-Warriors that I've met in my decade-long IM freedom career.

I agree that Kevin Riley over delivers. So has Paul Myers, John Rogers, Jeremy Kelsall, Marlon Sanders, Allen Says, John Reese, Frank Kern, Chris Sutton, Big Mike, Brad Gosse, the PPC Coach, Eric Louviere, Willie Crawford, Dr. Mani, Roger the "Ex-Rat", the LogoNerds crew, Ron Douglas, Tim Gorman, Dean Shainin, Ken Leatherman, and way too many others to list here.

Whether it was reading their newsletter, joining their membership site and getting killer value, receiving extra free DVDs, helping start a new business / adventure, or simply just getting a helping hand on Skype or over the phone......there are some freaking awesome people here.

Eben Pegan hands down. That guy is ridiculous when it
comes to marketing.

You may think you know marketing and business, but learning
from Eben will show you just how deep this rabbit hole
goes.

Also Jermaine Griggs. He really over delivered with
his nitty gritty marketing when it launched a few years ago.

I would have to nominate Rich Schefren and Jeff Walker.

I can say without hesitation, Rich Schefren goes into seriously overdrive
with the information and content he delivers on his coaching programs.

Jeff Walker also goes overboard with the information, case studies and
valuable bonuses he provides his customers.

Kevin Riley and Big Mike are the ones that come to mind immediately, although I do know of many more marketers that way overdeliver. The best way to build an empire of a business is to keep your customers happy and make them return and both these guys have made a repeat customer out of me.

Despite many peaople helping me get started both past and present without a shadow of doubt there are really only two candidates and both give freely of their time and a great deal of very helpful information whether you buy one of their products or not. They are Lee McIntyre and Brett Wash and I cannot pick between them. Have a look at their blogs and see if you can decide.

Myself.

I hope each of us can say the same. If you can name someone who over-delivers more than you do, then use them as an example.

Figure out a way to be even better than the example they set.

Each time I have discovered someone who delivers more value than I do, I have sat down and gone through that exercise.

Every single time, it has improved by business' bottom line by at least a zero.

It is a great question to ask.

It is even better to do something with the answer you determine.

Thanks for the post!

Honestly you can't find many that will truly over deliver , but to me personally Jeremy and Don have over delivered for me on several occasions. Just to give an example I have personally purchased every product they have done around here, and the reason I do so is because until I joined the IM bootcamp I had not made consistent money with my online endeavors , so from then on I have followed them and everything they have offered, as well as amazing support from them as well along the way. Also I have been struggling a bit lately and wanted to get the latest WSO offer and was tight on cash flow so I messaged Jeremy and guess what for being a loyal customer he hooked me up. Now how many people do you know that would do that for you? That is what I call over delivery award worthy if you ask me.

I think Mark Dickenson has really over delivered with Backlink Bully 1 and 2. I also think Jason Fladlien's materials are top notch, and almost always worth 3-4 times the price and sometimes more...

"Niche Master Plan"

I've purchased lots of WSO's BUT Michael's product is steller and he gives fantastic support. I get emails and private messages from Michael with good tips and advice not just a sales pitch. As a matter a fact I've never received a sales pitch from him via email list nor private message.

I like most of the WSO's I buy but none as much as Michael's.

I'm gonna give Kevin Riley a shot and pick up his traffic lab product and join his affiliate program. I here nothing but good stuff about Kevin.
Based on that alone, he appears to over deliver also.

Also Big Mike, Jeremy K.,James(Richjerk) and Allan Graves all provide excellent products and service.

Guys like the above are the folks that give internet marketing INTEGRITY.

I would have to say good ole Mark Hess, Chris Lagarde, and the venerable Justin Michie.

And for over-over delivering: Don & Jeremy

If you mentioning over delivering then John Reese has to be an the conversation PERIOD!!.

Every product i brought from him came with some unadvertised bonuses an the mail

all the time. So if i had to make a vote Mr. Reese would get the award.

I'll never forget Ken Evoy's "Make Your Site Sell" and associated products from all those years ago.

Hundreds and hundreds of pages of top-notch content for 17 bucks or some such.

Cheers,

Neil

Im going through Mark Ling's affiloblueprint course, hes overdelivering in that also, he actually mentioned in one of his q&a calls that he set alarms in the middle of the night through his launch so he could wake up and answer support emails so his customers didn't have to wait long for a response, that dedication just blew me away
