Anyone seen this? Images in Google Sponsored results?

I just happened to do a search for a notebook and had never seen images get put in the sponsored search where the PPC is....have I been missing something?

That works for digital products or just for physical ones?

It´s very interesting BTW...

You could have your Amazon paperback book listed on there (the cover), and Google says that is a CPA thing (cost per action), that means that you ONLY pay when someone purchase your product (not PPC)...

I read it correctly?

This will be huge then (I have to phone my friend that works for Google to confirm)...
