How to add video to a post

Hi,

I want to embed a video to a post on this forum. Can someone tell me how to do it?

It is about 20 minutes or so, so I believe that YouTube is not an option.

As this is for my 1000th post, please bare in mind that I won't be able to answer you, so if you need any more details, they will be added to this post

Youtube is the only option, just make it two youtube videos
