IS paypal confused

Hey warriors i recently used ebay with paypal to sell cell phone which is currently one of the hottest selling item on ebay and people are selling it using paypal but when i did paypal limited my account for selling high risk item. What does this mean? If they dont want us to sell cell phones why everybody is selling? And if everybody else is allowed is the restriction for me only. I called them but they said they dont want to do business with me. What should i do warriors

Did Paypal put a hold on your account or did they actually limit the account?

Holds are common when you first start selling on eBay and if you tried to transfer the money to a bank account right away after receiving the funds, that sets off a big ol' red flag at Paypal that you may be up to shenanigans.

And they're not making anything up about the category you're in being high risk. Pretty much all the hottest sellers have a lot of people trying to pull off one scam or another.

If the item is paid for and the money is in your account, you can ship it and wait for Paypal to release the funds or reactivate your account. Just make sure you ship with a service where you can prove it was delivered (getting a signature is even better).

Warriors i used dropshipping. I dropshipped the the cellphone from diffrent country. but my buyer got it on time and he was completely satisfied and i am quite sure dropshipping must not be the reason because some of biggest course of the year are all based on dropshipping using paypal like niche blueprint, but that's my view do you think dropshipping can be the reason.

The OP has posted this several times - seems he used a "secret underground method" promising to earn over $6k a day to sell phones (dropshipped?) from China on ebay using paypal for payment.

I don't think I'd blame paypal for this one.

edit: If I ordered a phone through ebay (which was probably listed as "in the US") and got a phone sent from China, I would not be pleased.

"OP" means "original poster" which is you in this thread.

It doesn't matter what others are doing as they may not be using the same methods you used to sell on ebay. Was this product you were selling listed with China as the location?

I recently won a bid on EBAY for a cellular phone...when I got it, I found out that it was shipped from Hong Kong and because of that many of the features on the phone didn't work.

I definitely was not pleased.

I understand jeremy how you felt. But i did due deligence and my buyers was more than happy. now the time for the truth i am doing it just because i bought four tier annihilation method by saj p instructed me to do. Do you think it's fake and bythe way warriors if you say that dropshipping is not cool with paypal i bought niche blueprint and it also features how to sell via dropshipping but cant implement it because of paypal issue.
I am doing all this because i want to start a business which involves selling physical goods because i have been selling digital goods for a while. Dont take anything as an offence i am just trying to learn something. Cheers

No one said drop shipping is bad. But you still didn't answer my question - what was the "shipped from" location shown in the ebay ad?

Something you did (perhaps based on that program - maybe not) caused the problem. You keep saying your customers were happy - but sounds like one of them wasn't.

I had that with another product. Ordered a pet product I had purchased frequently on ebay....the ad stated "shipped from US" - and received a fake product knockoff shipped from china. It touched US soil at port entry only.

Unless ebay cracks down on scams and fake products, Amazon will continue to eat their lunch. And ebay owns paypal...in a recent interview with the head dude at ebay, the question asked was whether paypal would become the premier brand rather than "ebay"...good question.

Kayking i metioned in my ad that the phone is china made but somehow didnt mention that it will be shipped from china considering you are talking about advert not my profile if you think i was wrong tell me wat should i do next time. Also do you think the reason for getting my account limited can be that the card i used to verify my pp ac is on my cousin's name since i dont have credit card i used his card to get verified can that be the reason.
If anybody can tell me proper way to sell cell phones on ebay via dropshipping i will really appreciate it plz pm me.

Without stating the obvious you have done something wrong here.

Is your account verified?
Does your ebay listing description actually match the facts?
What feedback are your customers leaving you?
How many paypal disputes do you have?

Paypal dont want to do business with you?

That is shocking and you really need to find out why fast !!

That's still a "non-answer" to the question. Was there a country listed as "shipped from" or was that blank? If it was left blank and you mentioned made in china in the ad, perhaps that isn't the problem at all.

If you listed another country, it was deception.

You used someone else's credit card on your account - that may be the problem in the first place.
