The First Google Phone - How Will This Affect Internet Marketing?

Well today is the day that Google has released their new phone called the G1. The G1 is being released by T-Mobile USA and is finally available for presale orders to existing customers.

With the ability for Google to potentially put Ads up on this new phone can you imagine the marketing possibilities to come?

Actually, Android is the OS, not the phone.

I'll be interested in seeing it at work. Let's see if ATT allows it in it's doors.

Whoops, that's what I meant.. lol

I know the G1 is exclusively T-Mobile, and is in direct competition with the iphone, so I doubt ATT has any interest at this time.

Is there a big demand for phones that display ads?

Interesting indeed particularly with the huge things happening on youtube at the moment - good promo vids could be a goldmine on these phones.
