Has anyone every been a traffic reseller? Best Programs out there?

I'm just wondering if anyone has had success as a traffic reseller or knows of any good traffic resale companies? I design websites and am frequently asked to make suggestions about where someone can buy traffic and of course I have a couple places that I've used with mild success but thought it might be worth it for me to become a reseller, if of course I could find a legitimate source for traffic. Any thoughts or suggestions?
