Default Can a Form be Added to a Blog?

I will be creating a new static blog and would like to add a form to it so I can capture visitor info. Is this even possible? I really don't want to build a website because I'm short on time and most of all it's a pain in the rear.

Thanks a bunch,
Adrianne

Hi Adrianne,

It certainly can. Just add yoru html to the blog post by using the html editor, or use a text widget to add it to your sidebar.

If you're using Aweber, just copy and paste your code from your form. Does that make sense?

Hi Adrianne,

Yes you can. Simply link to your forum from the main page of your blog.

Also...The default editor in wordpress doesn't give you a much as far as easy to click buttons go hehe.

So do a search for: fckeditor-for-wordpress-plugin

So you can have a way more advanced editor to work with when making posts etc.

If you want a contact form there is an excellent plugin called ccforms.

You can also paste aweber code into the design code if you are colecting sign ups

The Memoirs Of Edward Rochester - Just imagine if Jane Eyre had been written by Mr Rochester.
My first full length novel now on Kindle and In Print on Createspace. That's what I call a niche!

Thanks guys. Yes, I will be using a contact form. I didn't realize I could use my aweber form. I'll give it a shot and see how it goes.
