How do I get a selfhosted video on a wordpress blog

Title says it all,

sometimes I dont want to use youtube for hosting a video on my blog.

I am planning on doing some more membership type blogs so I need a way to self host the video on the blog.

I dont care if I have to pay, what software, plugins etc do I need.

There are loads of different plugins but one that I include in my Wordpress Plugin Videos is the Hana FLV Player plugin which uses the Flowplayer which is free to use (unlike the JV player).

The other thing you could do is buy the Warrior WSO Video Player

(I've bought it and if you're into making and managing loads of videos - it's fantastic).

If you just need to manage a few videos here and there then the Hana FLV Plugin works fine. If you want to see the actual Flowplayer video player in action then check out my WSO (link in my sig) - the free videos use this player (you don't need to buy my OTO offer - just go for the free videos)

It definitely supports FLV and I think it might support MP4
