Quick question, I mainly use WordPress and am in the process of making my first squeeze page. I'm using the free squeeze page theme. I need a form that will get the users Email, Telephone Number, Name, and Address. What form/plugin should I use, and would this be easier to do by simply uploading a squeeze page and bypassing WordPress. Also, I'm wondering if there is a way to capture Telephone Numbers and Addresses with my Aweber account? Thanks in advance! |

You can add as many fields as you wish in your Aweber form, no need to use any WP plugin for that. And yes, for a simple squeeze page, there's no point in using WP. A simply HTML mini site is just as flexible and easy to setup. |

Hey, The forms for getting addresses phone numbers etc are already there for you to add. Before you do it though and it really depends on your product or service, be careful about asking for these because its very different to asking for an email addy. Just ask yourself if you were asked for your phone number and address would you provide it? Ask people you know if they would too. It depend on what you are offering obviously but you can also ask for these further down the line when they trust you. The fact is a phone number and an address is worth 20 email addy's Maybe a physical product would naturally get you the address? Good lUCK Chunkynuts |

Hi Jason If you've already got an Aweber account then I would just use that and then you can just put the aweber code wherever you want to show the opt-in form whether that be in a Wordpress blog or just on a html page. (You just need to set up extra fields in Aweber but it's pretty straight forward) Best wishes - Dave |

Suggest you might check-out forms in the WP Plugins directory
