Turning Banners to HTML Code Free

Are there any programs out there that you can paste your banner into and convert it to html that are free? I really need to cut costs and would like to do this myself.

Why not just learn basic HTML?

Assuming you have the jpg/gif/png file for your banner, here is how to display your banner on your site.

Code:

<a href="http://www.sitebannerlinksto.com"><img src="http://www.locationofimagefile.com/image.jpg" border="0"></a>

Note... You need to have your image (your banner) hosted somewhere - either on your own hosting account or a free image hosting account for this to work.
