Aweber's New Webform Creator is Live! (Thoughts)

I'm just now messing around with this thing,
but so far it's excellent.

I'll write a full review when I'm a bit more experienced with it.

Anyone created some new forms in it?

What ya think?

I was in the middle of updating my site yesterday when it all suddenly changes for me, at first I was frightened, even a little scared Ill admit but over all its about time they done something with it,
I like to use my html opt in forms for ease of use and im not so fond of the script form of putting an opt in on a site, I just noticed the html way has gone from 10 lines of code to about 25, even if its a basic form, that is a bit annoying a difficult to decipher which is the code i really need to implement, hope that all makes sense,
Again I havn't tried out the graphics yet but in the coming days i will and will also do a split test to see of theres much difference.

I will post my findings

I used it yesterday for the first time. Obviously it's better than the generic one that you could not alter easily.

The one things I did not like is the size of the forms, some of them are huge.

I do like the simplicity of changing colors and template styles.

I give the new system one and a half thumbs up. I'm sure we will see great improvements to the new form system by Aweber.

yea i was having the same issue. What I did to fix the size was save the background image they have and crop it manually with paint to the size I want. Then I went in the form generator added my new image as teh background and changed the padding to make it what I wanted. Worked like a charm.

It looks pretty cool. I have already made a basic version for my new squeeze pages and it looks ok.

Just used it yesterday myself.

Sure, there are some limitations to the design, but all in all, it's a majorly massive improvement over what they had. Very nice.

As far as size goes, I'm pretty sure you can adjust the width of the form, but not the height. Still, it's a welcome change.

I have a feeling I will be using the new forms any chance I get.
