Thank you Warriors! With a shout out to Amy Vasconcellos!

I have such gratitude to this forum and I just wanted to say thank you. As some of you know about the first of Oct I started www.PurseKeyFinder.net and was looking for some feedback from Warriors on how to come up with a good logo, and improve the site.

Boy did I get feedback! From color to content I got some great ideas. The comments made good or bad, really helped me as a Man design a site that is mostly for Women. I created a site that at times has had an 11% conversion rate.

I really have to give Amy Vasconcellos some credit here. For those of you who don't know Amy, she is a Warrior on this forum and seems to really know her stuff. She contacted me and asked if she and her team could help with my project, and after reaching what I thought was a pretty great price, I said "let's go for it".

Amy sent me a 5 page report with detailed instructions on what to change to sky rocket my conversation rate. Too much information to list, but let's just say she nailed it! She went through every page on the site and made a recommendation. Although I was not able to change everything, (this is an Interspire shopping cart) most of the changes I did make from her, resulted in improved conversions.

Before Amy's recommendations:

Total Revenue: $61.87
Unique Visitors: 464
Completed Orders: 2
Conversion Rate: 0.43%

After Amy's recommendations:
Total Revenue: $1,213.10
Unique Visitors: 890
Completed Orders: 37
Conversion Rate: 4.16%

Mostly our traffic has come from some very low budget PPC campaigns and a magazine ad in a dog lover's niche. We have made a profit.

So, thank you Amy and all the Warriors on this forum who gave me such a great start. This is what it's all about.

People make good money selling to the rich. But the rich got rich selling to the masses.

      Fernando,

You are so right! I think for me at least it is a lesson learned. Just ask for help, if you are struggling with your site.

There is some amazing talent in this forum; all you have to do is post, and let others give back.

Rob, thank you so much for the shout-out. I'm so glad my recommendations exceeded your expectations and that your business is now booming. This forum is a great place for all of us to connect, get advice and help. Us behind the scenes people rarely get credit, so thank you again for acknowledging the hard work of myself and all the other Warriors out there!

    Warmly,
    Amy Vasconcellos
