Default ACCESS NOT GRANTED: Difficult Customers ONLY

Warriors,

Obviously, you have that customer, the one who makes you wanna pull your hair and skin out, just because they JUST would not get satisfied even though you worked you a** out trying to make the perfect product out there for a problem of their OWN.

so...

Tell us what complaints your customers have had before...

and...

How you solved the situation...

but...

If the situation was never solved...then what happened eventually?

I had one complaint last week because my product was in English - and claimed he couldn't understand English.

But he knew enough to request a refund alright!

I actually went through some of his posts, all in perfect English. I knew he was scamming me but gave him the refund anyway because me and my friends got a good laugh out of it.

Kinda makes you wonder how he read the sales page

lol too true Scott.

He spent the week before hand asking me a bunch of questions, which I answered in amazing detail, got a whole load of new ideas for free, which he seemed to understand, before asking for his money back.

Seems I had become bilingual without knowing it. The skills I've picked up here are shocking.
