What's your top 5 Project Management System? (Basecamp, planHQ, ...etc.)

Really depends on who/what/why really. If it's just for you that's different than just two or three people, if it's for 40 people it's a whole different ball game.

alot of clients I work with use Basecamp. I also use and split gmail calendars with others for tasks and deadlines.

I keep it very very simple though (post tasks, deadlines, etc).

However, another marketer just pointed me to http://www.pelotonics.com/ which syncs with Google Docs and Evernote, so thought anyone reading this may find that useful.

I also use an app called Self Control for Mac that shuts down browsing to sites I would otherwise go to, so that way, I don't get distracted and can finish projects that involve content creation.

That is very true for collaboration. I'm a raving fan of google docs and every custom creative project I work on with people involves google docs....personal friends and business clients!
