I'm using a domain name on hostgator to forward to an affiliate page. It's temporary, I want to see what kind of conversion rates a certian product has from articles, my blog, facebook, forums etc before either creating my own product or just keeping it as an affiliate project and capture their emails. Basically hostgator "does" this for you, you just type in where you want it rediected. I'm wanting to track where these people come from and wondering if anyone knows how when your using hostagotors forwading thing (that's a technical term )

You need to use a software like Adtrackz. About redirecting domains you can use Godaddy, they also have this function and thus you don't need a hosting package. Hope this helps .Andy |
