Twitter As An Effective Marketing Tool

Hi, I'm looking for the definitive works (e-books and videos) on using Twitter as an effective marketing tool along with any ad-ons, plugins, apps etc which may be useful to have on Twitter and will allow me to fully automate the processes.

A stand alone package which does everything would be ideal rather than a number of individual apps each doing a different aspect of the processes/automation – TOO much work man!!

Free and low cost stuff preferred but I'll consider paid for stuff if it's excellent material and value for money!

Can anyone point me in the right direction please?

There are quite a few different ways to use Twitter. I use two somewhat different systems. One is fully automated once it's set up.

Absolutely the worst way for anyone to look at Twitter.

Twitter is, (and will be to an even greater degree),
the place to be yourself, with opportunities to advance
your blog or quality niche presences or don't bother.
Nothing is 100% black & white, but there IS a line on Twitter: Spam or not.

It's the ultimate opt-in site.
If anyone thinks people are going to follow "you" full time,
or refer friends to a bot account, you better be giving away
money.

well different expert has different views on twitter..most of them say that its now saturated..its time to move on..personally i never had any success with twitter..
