What kind of deal would you make?

I posted the thread "THEFT" (I used a different username) and got a lot of helpful replies, in light of which I have come to the conclusion that I should try to work out a deal with the site that stole my video.

Actually it has now come to light that they stole, and are still using, at least 6 of my videos!!!

I know the first video they stole got over 20,000 views!

What I'd like to do is work out a deal with them. I'm new and have no traffic...they however do have traffic, and they obviously like my videos.

Assuming that they are amenable to working out some sort of deal...WHAT SORT OF DEAL COULD I ASK FOR???

Obviously I'd ask for a link back to my site, and I'd also ask that they do not remove my sitename from the videos, but...

WHAT OTHER SORTS OF THINGS CAN ONE ASK FOR IN THIS SORT OF SITUATION - (where they use a substantial amount of your material?)
