Anywhere to combine skills

I have a few great ideas for online tools and services to earn a nice income but my own coding skills are limited to DHTML and CSS and my main talant really lies in design.

Could somebody here offer me some advice on finding a competent web based programmer who would like to team up with me to build my ideas. I'm really looking for some sort of skill sharing website where I could find someone who would want to work on these projects together and share the profits.
I could do all the design work and build the main website and the programmer would do all the custom coding needed.

Are there any sites that bring peoples skills together in this way?

Any advice, tips etc would be really apriciated.

You can always draw up a complete plan of intentions and post in the JV forum. Keep in mind, you can create some great things, but someone will need to market as well, be it you or your future partner - unless you take on another JV or a JV manager later on.

AvenueGirl, I actually love internet Marketing myself and I'm pretty SEO savvy so I wouldn't have a problem doing all the marketing side of things myself in my spare time. All I want is someone to do the coding for me and they will get a 50% stake, think thats pretty fair really.

What Drives Me Crazy, is people looking for help or is it To Help Themselves, but DON'T include ANY personal information about themselves.

Example:

We have NO idea where you are located!

Why do some people seem try to be so transparent????

Give us a little about you and what you want or need and you will receive A LOT in return!

Just my 2 cents worth here!

Transparent????Huh! you have no idea, I wasn't asking for people HERE if you'd read what I said, I was looking for skill sharing websites so my post suffice thank you very much. Why bother posting that?
