Commission Junction Tracking and Joomla

I can't get Joomla to track any CJ code that is placed within a standard HTML module.

Anyone have the same problem?

It's been awhile since I've done anything with CJ... In the past the stats were delayed 24 hours, not sure if that's still the case.

Could that be the problem? I can't think of a reason why Joomla would effect tracking.
