Money Maker Setup
(Newbie) First blog so any help is appreciated. Plan on making this a money maker.
I plan on doing a blog on Oldsmobile Cutlass. Basically it will be a directory also for people looking for Cutlass to buy and sell.
Few questions on the setup.
First there's the top navigation bar, left navigation bar, bottom footer.
Top Navigation Bar Links:

Okay, here goes the questions:
QUESTION #1: On the main page (www(dot)domain.com) I plan on displaying 2 or 3 of the most recent blogs from www(dot)domain.com/cutlassblog
But wouldn't this cause duplicate content when I get indexed? Meaning
Google will see it on:
A.www(dot)domain.com
B.www(dot)domain.com/cutlassblog
C.Permalink to main story page
How do I prevent Google from Indexing all 3 places? Any suggestions?
QUESTION #2: On the left side bar, there is A thru T. Once they click on it, there will be one main article and then links to 5 or more other articles. I plan on using Google's Wonder Wheel to find topics to right about to make my site more relevant. Each of those 5 pages will also have the top navigation, side navigation, and footer. Is this okay, or is this too many site wide links?
QUESTION #3: I plan on having the navigation, left side bar, and footer on all my pages. Would this leak too much page rank? I also heard not to use no follows no more because it is bad. Is it true? I heard page sculpting is bad now.
QUESTION #4: Would a site like this work to help be an authority? Is there a better linking structure for all the links or articles that I write?
