Could you give me your feed back

I am thinking of selling some of my time as a service provider and I am testing the waters.I am thinking of back links as it seems the most tedious task. The following services I might be offering, What I am asking for is some feed back about the details.
1.10 Blogs on the Free Blog Hosts. How many Posts would you want on them. Would 1 be enough or would you wish to have more posts. If you want more posts would PLR rewritten be acceptable.
2.10 Forum Accounts with decent posts. I would think a minimum number of posts of between 10-20 posts to make sure your signature file would stick.
3. Social Book Marks. Would you want Book Marks just on the major players or would you pay for lets say 50 Book Marks Over not just the big boys but some of the minor ones also.
What would be acceptable pricing on the 1st 2. They would all be done manually. Accounts would probably be created using RoboForm but all submission work would be done by hand by me. Thanks for looking and replying

=> depends on quality and uniqueness

=>mh, not convincing, even with 20 posts a sig would not 'stick' very long in a busy forum.

=>YES, better more promo on major sites
