Trying to find some more resources

Please, excuse me if this is off topic for this forum, but I am searching for a particular type of resource that I am having trouble finding. I am looking for a site, directory, classifieds, etc that people post jobs they need to have done.

The kinds of jobs I am looking for in these directories are web development of any kind.

I have found things like Craigslist, but that is too local, I am looking for a resource that is national at the least.

I've looked around, but I am not the greatest at finding things like this.

So in a nutshell, I am wondering if there are any sites that people post web development jobs (nothing long term) they need done or if there are any sites like this with a web dev section.

I have found rentacoder.com to be pretty decent once you build a reputation. But if you are just started out your are going to have to take some crappy jobs before you get the better ones.

However if you always deliver more than you promise you will find you develop a good reputation really fast.
