Researching domain names now and came across this keyword of 27000 exact search/month(US only) according to Google Keyword Tool. This phrase is available in .net (second best after .com?).
Commercial intent: 0.94
Would you consider this as a scoop or just ordinary. How much traffic would you expect in top three.
Comp is relatively low. Pr2-3 sites.

    Well, it seems like a winner but impossible to tell without knowing the term. Considering you can probably pick it up for under $10, I'd go with it. Good luck!
