I took them up on the "just pay shipping" offer a couple of months back. Then I cancelled via the support email and they confirmed the cancellation. Then they sent me another issue and billed me. Then I emailed them again, then they billed me for another issue. Then I emailed them 3 more times without response. I wondered if anyone else was having this kind of trouble cancelling? I expected better from such a huge company. |

Hmm, this is why I stay away from these subscription deals for the most part, unless I'm dealing with someone known to be pretty reputable. You'd think Tony would have learned the fine art of customer service from Frank Kern, whom he consulted with for this new product. I do know that Frank doesn't even outsource his customer service out of the country, as he tries to make sure that his customers get top-notch service. Paul |

There was a thread in the reviews forum about this. The inability to cancel has been a widespread problem that obviously isn't being adequately addressed. This has been going on since day one. When such a chronic known problem is being allowed to continue for months, that tells me that the company is choosing not to fix it. (I suspect it's a profits driven choice) John |
