Legality and Product launches

Hello

i am launching a fitness product which is a joint venture of other people's products repackaged and sold on click bank.

My question is How can i make sure that i save my ass from any possible legal issues. i have never done this before so i want to know what are the steps i need to take to be safe?

i want to make sure that a) i wont get sued by the owners of these fitness products and b) from the customers who buy the product.
