Default What is your Business Model? Are you ranking for keywords or creating products?

I have been into IM for about 2 years now and doing well. Just was wondering what everyone does to create their online income. Maybe it would give some of the new guys an idea to what people are doing out there and what to focus on.

Hi Jason,

I have few Niche websites which rank for very close niche terms(low traffic count)...

But mainly I create Products and Launch them for big returns.

I've been selling articles that rank for keywords, and studying the business model so I could use it myself.

However, I'm moving in the product-creation direction, owing to the things I've learned and the path that seems to make the most sense to me.

Well, I started off selling articles (I still do it although have a team now) and am now involved in niche sites etc. I'm still learning SEO etc.

I started with affiliate marketing purely. Later moved to product creation on the subject. Mine was a natural flow from student to teacher.

I first started being an affiliate, however when seeing the low quality that some of the products out there had, I thought I would be better of as a product creator with a product of better quality.

And at the moment, I am in the transaction phase.

I rank for keywords, I create products, I build blogs for clients and I mentor individuals.

I have never done the affiliate thing much, it really does not arouse me (oh err....).

I have created things from nothing all my life. In my last full time corporate role I created entire training programs from thin air for a company of 500 people, and in the past two years on my own, I still prefer to create things.
