Ok Warriors I have a question. I was looking at a site on examineurl. This site is getting 200k unique hits a day and has 200k links making $300 a day. $300 a day happens to be my goal. Is this site under managed or do you really need these kinds of figures to pull $300 a day? How many uniques per day do we really need? Maybe 20K a month?

Lets say I have 50 sites. I need each site to make lets just say $10 a day. How many uniques per site, per day does this require? Average.

50*10=500/uniques per day

Just trying to get a ballpark idea of how much traffic I need to create. I have seen some claiming $6k a month doing 20k uniques a month. Anyone care to shed some light on this process?

All depends on the site, The quality of the site, the topic of the site and more factors. Some adwords can make you $15 per click if your in the right topic area. There is not tested proven system that works just content and visitors is whats going to make you successful with adsense its that simple.

20 000 unique visitors per month is not easy to achieve.
If you can create that traffic based on profitable keywords
you are likely to make a couple of thousands from it.

Right, that is why I am gathering it is best to use many micro-niche sites. Trying to build one large site is next to impossible for one person to acheive.

        20k/avg30=666 uniques per day
        666/50=13.3 per site, per day

This is more likely, than 600= per day for 1 site to me. Thanks for the input guys.

I'd say go for it. It's not that hard to get 13 UV per site, per day.
Actually it's very easy if you target long-tail keywords.

yea, it really depends what kind of site you got and also how you monetize your site as well. Is it making money from adsense, ebay partner network, or some other affiliate marketing commissions...

Right now I am looking into AdSense but intend on having a backup plan ready just in case. It's not like I am all in for AdSense money, it is just for extra$. Nothing is live yet, I intend on setting up an LLC first and have everything go live after that. Nothing will happen before Jan 01 for the tax mans. Just trying to get the ugly ducklings in a row.

Yea man! And Xfactor gets a shout out. When I read his 32 page post a few weeks ago the light bulbs started going off in my head. Since then I have been reading up like crazy. Thanks XFactor or John whoever you are

Ok first of all that site is so dead wrong that it is really funny... Why people try to use these sites to compare or track competition is way beyond me..

One of my sites it says the wroth is $2,000 sum odd dollars, not only is that off by a few more 0's but they have no idea how my site is built, what it takes to function, what features it offers, or anything else.

The uniques per month is by far a joke as it ten times higher than what that site claims.

Do yourself a favor and do not waste your time with such sites, you want to make money ? Then create you site and drive traffic to it. A site getting 100 uniques a month can make $20,000 a month while a site getting 1,000 uniques a month could only make $100. This greatly depends upon what your site is about, what you are selling, what service or product you are providing and etc..

There are so many factors involved here ...
