Adwords-like email marketing?

Is there any service out there which offers something similar to adwords but for email marketing? I mean some place where I can set up a campaign, upload creativities, set up a campaign budget and set up a CPC price for my emails? I don´t mean a web service for sending mails to your own mail list, I mean a service for sending emails to new prospects and customers like those found in hired lists, but with no minimum budget and self managed like adwords

    Hi,

    I dont think so. Most are through your own list as you have to validate where you get the users from. .they have to have opted in . . .Not many people who have a list would be willing to let you push your stuff to them. . .unless it is great. . .maybe I am confused at what you are asking.
