How would you target job seekers?

INTERNET MARKETING

I'm in the process of putting together an ebook aim at technical job seekers (specifically, ASP.NET first). Where/how would you recommend promoting this sort of book?

try promoting using PPV, and if you dont want to spend money maybe try craigslist.

Start with online classifieds. See the response rate and conversion rate, optimize it. Start spending more money only after you have done this.
