upfront fee or percentage?

wouldn't it be better if you charged your offline
clients on a % basis instead of a fee?

I'd definitely go for the percentage, especially if you think your work is going to greatly increase revenues for the business you'll be working with.

The ideal scenario would be a percentage that is recurring indefinitely based on the revenue that you generate for the business!
