Wishlist with AFTER Purchase Upsells/Downsells?

I'm trying to figure out how to use wishlist for AFTER purchase upsells and downsells.

Essentially, after they purchase through Clickbank, offer an upsell, they they take the upsell take them to the "gold" order form, if they don't take them to the "silver" download area or registration area for wishlist.

My dilemma is that I need to pass the variables from Clickbank through the pages into the Wishlist registration page. I'm currently doing it with PHP, but wishlist I have no idea.

Anyone done this before and know which variables wishlist needs to register the user?
