Need Simple Countdown Clock/Timer for Web Page

I'm looking for a simple way to create a countdown timer to put on a web page which will count down to a specific time and date.

I would prefer to be able to adust the font size and color also.

Anyone know of a good place I can get one, preferably free?

I did a search and found ones that were simple but no easy way
to adjust the font color and size unless you know javacript or nice
online flash generators that only counted down to days and not a specific
time on a specific day.

Timers like these are pretty common so it shouldn't be too hard to find but I'm drawing a blank so far finding one the is simple to use lets you change the fonts.
