78 hops, 5 sales from cheap PLR to money making site in under a month

I broke down, and thought I would share a successful project that I've been working on.

I took a $4 plr product and turned it into a site that had now made 5 sales with only 78 hops.

How? I know..

Honestly I took action, and took 47 clickbank review articles, and PUT THEM ONLINE!

I didn't even bother to edit any of it I threw it up there, linked back to my site from the same reviews posted on article directories and free blogs.. The hardest work I did was hunting down clickbank vendor ID's and product images.

I'm pretty sure that the high conversion is because it's a review site, I imagine that many reading these reviews are already aware of the product.

Which is how I can see 20 hops per sale. At least this is my theory.

Moral of the story is? Take action! I took advantage of a $4 product and through the work of actually doing something with it have now made over $100..

You can fill your head with all you want but if you're not filling your websites you'll never make any money.

So go do something!

Can you just clarify something for me here?

The $4 PLR was a collection of Clickbank Reviews?

Did you have to do a lot of promotion of this site to get traffic?

Was it an already existing site that was getting traffic anyway?

Just so we're on the same page here, you're saying that you sold a PLR product that you picked up for $4? Or did you use those PLR Articles to promote an affiliate product through your own website?

The PLR was a collection of clickbank product reviews.

Most of what I did to promote it was posting the reviews to article directories and web 2.0

Good for you Shawn!

Action really is the key... Not every action will produce positive results but even the "failures" provide lessons to be learned.

I love that you didn't "over complicate" the issue by worrying about "duplicate content" or anything else... you just did it!

Its been said before. Review sites are more likely to make better conversions because the buyer is in the final stages of decision making.

I didn't sell them.. lol I sold 5 different clickbank products by publishing them

I don't know why they were so cheap, the marketer couldve got more IMO
