Block users coming from hosting co's ip's?
Hey Guys,
Here lately I've had a problem with someone trying to hack one of my sites daily and they always use hosting ip's as proxies, like softlayer or a few others. I've been blocking them using htaccess but it's turned into a chess match I'm sick of playing. Is there a way to block users from visiting my site if they're using an ip from a hosting company rather than their isp's. I know it's possible because Yahoo Mail now does it now, if I try to check a yahoo mail account going thru packetflip which uses softlayer it gives me an error "Access control configuration prevents your request from being allowed at this time. Please contact your service provider if you feel this is incorrect." until I turn the proxy off, then it works fine.
