INTERNET MARKETING

I recently read in an insurance magazine of mine that agencies are using social media such as twitter and facebook to generate leads for their agency. I have only focused on SEO in the past and am generating some traffic from it, but would like to learn more about this twitter gig.

What do I do to use twitter and facebook to generate auto insurance leads for my insurance agency?

  Create a Twitter account for your company, and a Page on facebook for your company.
  
  Use Twitter to post useful tips, and use twellow to find others in your same industry who you can follow.
  
  You'll want to search for people asking questions or making comments you can interact with.
  
  If you are region specific, be sure to add that to your twitter profile.
  
  Your facebook page can be used to expand your company identity, and put blog posts, information, etc.
  
  That's a really quick start for you - there is more work involved.

  To help you manage your twitter account I created a free twitter follow program. You can take look at it here h t t p : / / ubotdevstudio . com/twitter-autofollow-free-auto-follow-bot/
  
  It will look for friends by search term and auto follow them. It will only follow 75 at time to keep you from over doing it. Twitter has a following to follower ratio so when you follow a bunch of folk, wait a few days to get some followers.

1. There are free stuff in the War Room on Twitter I think (if not find a WSO)
2. Build relationships
3. Get Tweetdeck, makes it simpler to do.
