Hi guys, lately i am trying to make some money with affiliate marketing (launched my first affiliate website almost month ago), but still i am not successful. I DON'T LEAVE affiliate marketing, i will continue it, just the thing i don't have job right now and i need to make 200$ every month starting by next month. So i thought that article writing could be good way to make money, because you get money instantly. I heard that with 4 hour work you can get 100$ or even more, sounds unbelievable for me. All i want to do i to make 200$ (or more, that would be even better) in a month by writing articles. So i have only 2 questions now:
  1. Is it possible to make 100$ by writing articles in first month?
  2. How should i start? What i need to do (obviously writing articles )? Should i register at some website and start writing articles or what?

LOL, it's not that easy my friend!!!

If it was that simple we would be all millionaires, don't you think?
Ammount of money you will get will depend mostly on the kind of niche you choose, on how many articles you write, and tons of other factors.

Who told you that writing articles gets you money instantly?

with getting money instantly i didn't think about ton's of money, i thought about when you write article you get money for it very fast

EDIT: So i practically don't care about niche, because practically i can write about everything (with some research). I just want to someone explain me what should i do? Where can i find people that pay me for articles? I don't know how to start. I have writing articles for a long time, so i have some experience too.

    I don't think that's the case.
There's a lot of info about writing articles in this forum and all over the net.
I think you should read a little bit more...

Nothing is absolute, everything is relative.

If somebody gave you exact numbers about writing articles, well, they lied to you.

Lett, many people do make an income writing articles, but not just for article marketing.

If you can write well and you're familiar with keywords and how to use them in an article, you may be able to offer a writing service to other webmasters. Have a look in the warriors for hire section, you'll notice content writers advertising their services there. You could do that, or you could see if you could get some writing work on the freelance site such as Odesk or Elance.

That may give you a quicker income than affiliate marketing. If you're interested in learning about writing content, have a look at Jenn Dize's WSO -

You can go about it two ways:

    1. You can write articles for yourself to post on article directories to direct users to affiliate products.

    2. You can write articles for others and get paid at a set rate.

The second option is steadier pay, but the first can be more profitable in the long run.

If you're really only looking to make $200 / month, the second option should do fine. I can make that much in a day or two with my current clients.

Your English isn't great, but it's not horrible either - if you have $57 you can get started here. It is $37 for War Room access and $20 to start a Warriors for Hire thread. If you charge $.01 per word, you'll only need to write a total of 20,000 words. That's approximately 40 articles per month or a little over one per day throughout a month.

It takes me about 10 minutes to write a 500 word article. You could also charge more than $.01 / word if your English is better than you're using it here.

Regardless, with a little dedication you could easily make $200 a month.

Possible, yes. Likely? Well, that's the million dollar question.

You could start on WF with either a WSO or a classified ad. The first thing I would recommend is polishing your writing in your posts before you click the "Submit" button. If someone is looking to hire a writer and they see something like your posts in this thread, you'll get passed over. Think of every post as an example of your work.

You could also set up a website to advertise your writing services, and put a link in your sig file.

You could also join some freelance sites, but some of the more well-known ones have fees, so you may want to wait until you've built up a small budget before giving those a try.

Writers may earn anywhere from a fraction of a cent to $1.00 (or more) a word. Large, established companies are more likely to pay the higher rates, but the competition is, naturally, fierce. If your posts are any example, you will be looking at the low end of the scale, such as a couple bucks for a 500 word article.

Figuring $2 an article, you'd need to do 50 articles a month to earn $100. If you can only get $1 an article, you're looking at 100 articles a month.

But, the better a writer you are, the more you can potentially make.
