How do I create an opt-in autoresponder pop-up?

Hi, I was wondering if some kind person could point me in the direction of what software or code I would use to to create one of those pop-ups that gets autoresponders before the person leaves the website, or while they are browsing through the sales page.

I would prefer if someone had something I could use for free, but not essential.

Michael, this is an aweesome tool, but I can't figure out how to get it to connect with MY autoresponder. am I looking in the wrong place?

This could very well be a "Duh" moment. I'm still looking for the solution.

It appears to be a html editor. Just build your squeeze page in there (deleting default one) and then generate the code.

I was looking at an opt in pop up page too...cool resources....I'll just have to try them out if they are any good...mostly it's Free!
