Massive Traffic Experiment - Help Me Work It Out

Hi Warriors,

there's just too many things to do to make your internet business successful to do it all alone, right?

Now, I hired a full time assistant and want her to work on the single purpose of promoting my blog for at least a month.

It's an experiment to find out what can be accomplished in blog promotion in a month.

Help me work out my master plan for getting traffic and google love.

• What would you do if you had a full time assistant for that available?
• How would you systemize things?
• How would you build a plan where everything works together?

I would take your most effective marketing strategy, put them in a template systems and have them perform that. I have done this for Video Marketing and Yahoo Answers after both were proven to work.
