Got A Great Site But Making Little Money

get a job board. there are a few affiliate programs out there that also give you job board widgets.

or sign up with a recruitment agency.

you can also offer pro resume services, and resume distribution services. all available in affiliate program form, the last time i scratched around. ( about two months ago )

just google it.

It looks to me like you can get significantly more aggressive with promoting products that will make you money without hurting the integrity of the website.

Also, I notice that you're using direct links to Clickbank Aff URL's when promoting Clickbank products; You need to know how many people are clicking on what so you can yank the losers and replace them with things people are more interested in.

Many wish they had a site that pulled in 1k a month.

Have you thought of taking what you have learned with that site and duplicating the process.

this site seems to have not direction to point my focus..

a LOT of links going who knows where? why? who online has the amount of time to read everything on that front page to try to find what they are looking for? answer, no many..

You need to design your site to focus the viewers where you want them to go and make you money.

I can see why you do not make much money from it.

When you confuse someone, you make it too hard. they click off..

Sure you have a lot of content, though its just all over the place..

why do you think a good MFA sites have such good CTR up to and averaging 30% CTR? because the only link they can click on to get info in that site is an adsense unit..

Im not saying at all to do that with your site. but consider this as an example..

Decide on what you want your prospectives to do , then streamline your site to this focus..

Your income could increase Dramatically..

Start building a list then work it from there.

The theme of your site makes for an excellent bridge to Internet Marketing for these folks while they are in the "changing careers" research phase.

Collect their email address and keep n touch with them... frequently.

Ditch Adsense and focus youself on delivering content that will sell to the hungry masses.

1500 uniques/day is very good.... imagine if you had a list of 4500 subscribers in 30 days (10% Opt-in) then promoted your eBook at a discounted rate (for subscribers only) and pulled in a 10% conversion rate from your single mailing?

You could even launch a Membership site (recurring revenue) for those folks in career transitions. At least with an autoresponder, you could ask your list to complete a survey then take the data to build/create what they want and will pay for.

Adsense on your site can't touch that kind of success besides, you're only promoting other sites instead of your own for pennies a click when those uniques may never return to you 'cause Adsense is bleeding them out.
